「獺祭」を読める人は少ないと思います．これで「だっさい」と読みます．けものへんの瀬ってなんの事かと調べたら「かわうそ」なんだそうです．酒蔵のある地方のかわうそ伝説から採った商品名だそうです．銘酒と言われる日本酒の中でも「獺祭」は有名度の高いブランドではないかと思います．こんな高そうな酒は自分では買いませんけど、昨日とあるお金持ちの方からいただきましたので、味見しました．
大吟醸ならではのフルーティな香りと、お米由来のコクが感じられる上品な味わいとでもいいましょうか．「十四代」のような主張の強さをあえて狙ってないところも、飲み疲れせずいい感じと思われます．
問題は、ごくごく飲んですぐに空っぽになってしまいそうなところでしょう．
※先日のJRの駅ナカでしか売られていない桃のジュースを自販機でたくさん買いました．
